The certification from the Women’s Business Council-Southwest Certification Committee denotes that a woman owns, operates and controls a majority of the business.
“We are very excited to have gained this certification,” said Lorie Welch, CEO for Woodwright. “It is important to me to carry on the legacy of Woodwright that was established by its’ founder and my husband, Steve Welch. Steve entrusted me to continue the mission of the company while leading the future growth. This certification is the first step for our company in developing that process.”
